Lead bands, strips and profiles

Pressed band, strips and profiles are mainly used as anodes in chromium plating tanks and as a sealing material in a corrosive environment or as a M-profiles for electroplating.

Material: Pb99,97 or Pb99,9 (only if agreed) according to PN-EN 12659,

Also with additive of antymony (Sb 0,5- 10%)http://www.kovopb.cz/en/(EmptyReference!), tin, silver, indium and other for client’s request

LEAD BANDS

Thickness: 1 ÷ 20 mm
Width: 4 ÷ 130 mm

Can be also delivered as anodes with holders for chromium plating baths.

M - PROFILES

Produced only for special orders with dimensions and requirements agreed with a customer, max. width up to 180mm

Dimension tolerances: +/-5%

Packed on spools or coils

We can deliver also other untypical bands and profiles, according to client’s specification.
